TJ CLARK

Beginning my fitness journey at 13 years old, I was instantly hooked. I began lifting weights to build muscle to play football and absolutely loved it. Now, with more than 25 years experience in the gym I am happy to share my knowledge with others. I love the process and love to help others achieve their goals. Personally I’ve successfully competed as an athlete in football, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. I have been a trainer for 16 years, managed and owned gyms, and coached thousands of clients. Recently I have taken a step back from coaching/training to focus on the big picture of the Legends Fit brand. That being said, I’m more motivated than ever to help people achieve their goals. I do accept a limited amount of serious clients. If you’re looking to get into shape, lose weight, compete in a show or take your fitness to the next level, myself or my team would love to help you achieve. (@tjclark81)

CHIP KELLEY

Chip is passionate about health and fitness — a certified personal trainer, rec league ice hockey player, and competitive bodybuilder since 2011. He most was the overall open classic physique champion and over-35 masters bodybuilding champion at the 2019 All South Muscle Championships. He took 3rd in masters classic physique (50+) at the national level 2020 North American Championships. (@andabagofchip)

AARON CONNER

Aaron is an owner and trainer at Legend’s FIT who has a passion for fitness and is an adrenaline junkie. Aaron is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He really loved the idea of helping people transform and saw results first hand. He knows that it is such a life changing journey both physically and mentally. He loves the camaraderie of the Legends family. He is a no-joke coach that will help keep you motivated in reaching your goals.

DAVID ANDERSON

David began his fitness journey over 17 years ago and has since committed himself to the ever-evolving health and fitness industry by becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and NASM Nutrition Coach and sharing his education with others. He is a former Master Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness and has over 6,000 session hours trained to date. With his legendary style, he provides tailored workouts to clients built on a foundation of principles that progressively and systematically allows any client to achieve optimal levels of physiologic, physical and performance-based adaptions by creating training environments with functional movement patterns to help reset the body to more of a neutral alignment, progress to their fitness goals, and live an overall better quality of life.

BRANDI JAMES

Brandi is our general manager. She grew up doing competitive gymnastics and began her fitness journey with her husband while living in Minnesota. What else is there to do in -40 below weather?! After moving back to Texas, Brandi joined Legends Fit and fell in love with the culture and people at Legends Fit.


Brandi competed in a bodybuilding show in 2019 and looks forward to competing in more in the future. Brandi is passionate about helping others reach their own personal goals: from losing weight for a special event or vacation to stepping on the stage as a competitor.

RENEE HEATON

Renee Heaton grew up learning about health thanks to helping out in her family’s health food store. It wasn’t until after the birth of her second child that she started to notice a serious decline in her own health. While battling severe anxiety, depression, and trying to cope with hormonal changes and weight fluctuations, she realized her health needed to be a priority and not an option.
Renee’s goal is to pay it forward with what she has learned and help others to be a catalyst in improving their well-being no matter where they are in their
fitness journey. She graduated from Texas A&M University and has been certified through NASM.

EMILY MUMMA

Emily believes there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to training. With being certified since 2018 and a kinesiology degree under her belt, she emphasizes forming healthy habits that can be sustained for the rest of her clients’ lifetime.

PHU LAM

Phu started his passion, helping people change their lives in the simplest & most realistic way, back in 2012. Since then, he has helped clients achieve their goals of weight loss, increased flexibility, and increased strength. He believes that no matter where you start, or what shape you are in, you can achieve your goal with the right program and support.

BRITTANY HUGGETT

Brittany Huggett studied at Texas Tech University where she obtained a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Sports Management. She is a certified exercise physiologist though the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Brittany enjoys working with a wide range of individuals with varying ages, experience levels, fitness goals and controlled illnesses/injuries. Being able to assist others in reaching and surpassing their fitness goals is what she takes great pride in. Brittany will push you and hold you accountable every step of the way!

EMILY ROMO

Emily Romo joined the Army right after graduating high school. She served 3 years as a Chemical Specialist, in addition to 6.5 years as a Medic. Emily discovered her passion for training others when she started helping other soldiers improve their physical fitness. Emily became a certified Personal Trainer 4 years ago, immediately after leaving the military. She is currently working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science/Pre-PT at Texas Woman’s University. After receiving her degree, she wants to attend medical school. Emily’s ultimate goal is to become a Sports Medicine Doctor for a professional football team.

GRACE CARRILLO

Grace Carrillo is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She was first introduced to training in 2015 after 8 years of competitive gymnastics. Grace began learning proper nutrition and weightlifting from her sister who had already worked in the fitness industry for several years. Since 2017, Grace has trained herself, not only for the physical benefits and readiness, but for the mental therapy it serves as. Fitness has not only helped her grow in confidence, but has consistently helped her battle mental illness and physical obstacles. Over the years, Grace has found so much joy through fitness, and now she believes it is her purpose to help others find the same joy and freedom, not only through working out, but in life as a whole.

CODY CADDELL

Cody has been with Legends Fit since 2017, and a trainer since 2018. Cody has competitive experience in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, and most currently bodybuilding. He believes health & fitness is liberating & that the simple disciplines are key for long term success.

SONJA LONGORIA

Sonja is a former competitor and does personal training as well as leads some of our small group training sessions.

Shane has been with us from the start. He has competed competitively and has many years of experience coaching people to be their best.

From celebrity actors to high school athletes, from fitness professionals to those new to fitness, from those who were overweight to the clients who wanted to gain some weight…David Tatro has trained them all. The one thing that all of his clients have in common, is their dedication to looking better, feeling better, and being better.

THOMAS KENT

Thomas has personally loved fitness since he started playing football as a kid. He joined the Army after high school. After the Army, he went back to playing football for 2 years in college. Due to injuries from combat, he wasn’t able to continue. Since then, he has done everything in his power to come to the gym. Now, he is getting ready to complete in his first show.
Fitness has been his passion, therapy and life. Now, Thomas wants to share his knowledge with those who want it, so they can start living a better, healthier and more passionate life.

ASHLEY JONES

Ashley started in the gymnastics arena at 4 years of age. She competed for several years from the beginning level up to elite doing all elements of gymnastics, bars, beam, floor and vault. After suffering an injury, Ashley left the competitive field. She took her years of training and competitive experience started coaching. During this time, she also branched out to the area of personal training.

Ashley has now been coaching gymnastics for 11 years. She has had the privilege to work alongside and learn from elite level coaches from all around the world. The teams she have coached have won may titles, individual and team. Her very last state competition was in May of 2021, and her team not only took the state championship but was undefeated all season long.

In 2017, Ashley began training for for body building and fitness. In 2021, she was invited to become a proud representative of Team USA and IFBB Physique America!

Ashely is now taking personal training clients as well as gymnasts who will both train inside of Legends.
